Overreach
Aloha kākou. Pedo-Hitler Biden with a wave of his pen signed an executive order to force Americans to pay for other people's tuition debt. Bypassing Congress' authority to authorize into legislation any expenditures. Barry the Bullshitter Obummer once said he had a phone and a pen and will authorize anything he wanted. Again, bypassing the Constitutional authority the House of Representatives has that holds the purse. This is how Marxist democrat govern, by force and at the end of a gun barrel. That's why the government is hiring 87,000 IRS agents to go after our money that we earned. The IRS will come with guns to haul us away if we do not pay for someone else's debt. The following videos on student debt repayment are ten years old and still applicable.
Today, the Supreme Court justices began to hear arguments in two cases related to Biden’s student loan forgiveness program. In the case of Pedo-Hitler Biden verses Nebraska, in which six Republican attorneys general argued that the tuition forgiveness program is a presidential overreach. It's not forgiveness, because someone has to pay for that debt. So, in an act of wealth redistribution, Pedo-Hitler Biden is going to force working Americans to pay for freeloading students. The rich won't pay that because they have the tax lawyers to hide their money from the government. They're coming after ordinary working-class Americans money.
Pedo-Hitler Biden claims he has the authority to forgive student loan payments under a law known as the Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students (HEROES) Act, which initially intended to benefit service members deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq by waiving their student loan debt. Biden applied it to all students regardless of their contributions to the US military. Congress passed Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-76). In this case the law is not applicable in forgiving student debt.
The Higher Education Loan Authority of the State of Missouri (MOHLA) which services student loans across the United States. Nebraska Solicitor General James A. Campbell argued on behalf of the six states stating that they would be economically harmed by the program, stating that "no statute authorizes this sweeping action." Justice Thomas asked, "a cancellation of $400 billion in debt, in effect this is a grant of $400 billion and it runs headlong into Congress' appropriations authority." The government argues that the money would not come from the US Treasury. WAIT? WHAT?
I don't see how the money doesn't come from the Treasuray. Someone has to pay for that debt. It cannot just be absorbed into thin air. The reality will be is the American taxpaying public will have to pay for the debt forgiveness. It's not debt relief, it's debt forgiveness. The responsibility of the debtor is pushed off onto the public. The freeloading students get a free degree paid for by the taxpayers. If this goes through, then college and universities tuition rates will go up. Then there's the States that fund college universities.
Public colleges and universities rely primarily on state and local government appropriations to subsidize the cost of education for students. State tax revenues are the primary source of nontuition funding, but local taxes accounted for more than 11 percent of total appropriations in the academic year. Federal investments in universities are about 3,000 schools including approximately 17.5 million graduate and undergraduate students. Federal monies make up about 14% of all college revenue.
This is the crux of the problem with most kids in higher learning. They don't budget and they sign contracts without a plan to pay them off. This will set a terrible precedence. Because once it's done, it will not stop, until the system collapses. It's unfair to those that did the right thing and paid off their student loans. I believe the majority of the Supreme Court sees it this way also.
The left is all in favor of pushing this debt onto the American taxpayers. They're on the steps of the Supreme Court ranting and raving to force the American taxpayers to shoulder the debt of irresponsibility. Government overreach at Animal House. College these days is a lot different today than when I went.
